I led the acoustic development and final sound tuning of this Grundig portable Bluetooth speaker. Responsibilities included DSP parameter optimization, objective acoustic measurements, listening evaluations, analysis of prototypes, coordination and technical feedback with the engineering team in China, and final production tuning to ensure consistent acoustic performance.
